I came across these great tips for leading a full and happy life by the Dalai Lama. It was titled “18 rules of living” but I feel the word rules isn’t appropriate for this and what he means. I have always been a big fan of the Dalai Lama, his warmth, and simple view of life. Please read these and live by as many as you can. Guaranteed to make for a happy purposeful life. 🙂
