As promised here is a follow-up to yesterday’s post about being mindful. Yesterday we kind of touched on what it takes to be mindful. Today I want to share this article with you that scientists released a paper regarding mindfulness. It seems that if you focus on a task, even one that’s not enjoyable, the fact you were focused and mindful will bring you happiness. So keep this in mind throughout your day. Remember to just be and enjoy whatever it is you’re doing. Be present.
