The importance of being alone and feeling alone

I came across a nice post about the power and need to feel alone and spend time that way meditating. We spend so much time in our now extremely connected world sharing, posting, tweeting, and texting that we have successfully lost ourselves. We have made so many distractions all of which seem to be to avoid being alone. Take some time, read the post, and get to know yourself.
