Dealing with toxic behavior using love

Let’s face it the world is full of people. We interact with them on a daily basis. Sometimes these are good and positive experiences and sometimes not so much. When it’s negative or unpleasant we will easily jump to blame the other person. Saying things like how can they be so rude or what did I do to deserve such treatment. In many, if not all, cases a simple walk in their shoes would show they are dealing with some life stress and have most likely made us the unexpected target of their frustrations. Please remember to love and forgive even those that cause you distress or inconvenience. To help with that I am also including a link to a nice writing on loving ways to deal with toxic behavior.

Namaste,

Craig
