Painful emotions can be a good thing

I have personally found painful emotions and times in my life to be, in the end, the best things that have ever happened to me. Be it either because I appreciate getting through something painful or that it causes me to learn more about myself there is always a positive just on the other side of these emotions.

I came across this nicely written post about this topic. While people can argue the merits and negatives of antidepressants I think all would agree that the points made are true. Taking time to be healthy in mind and body is so important. Not always easy but always worth it. Hopefully some words in this can guide you to coming to peace with our least favorite emotions.

Namaste,

Craig
