Calm you overactive mind

There is no doubt the world we exist in is a busy and distracting one. It seems more and more everything in our lives pulls at us and needs our attention more than ever. The problem is as we slowly fall down this rabbit hole of daily life we lose ourselves and rarely even notice. Please read through this writing on 12 ways to calm the overactive mind.
