Eliminating negative emotions

You know more and more I have found it amazing how much responsibility I need to take for my emotions. It’s very easy for all of us to blame the world around us for how we feel, act, and respond to things. In all honesty though there are no motions that exist physically in the world around us. Every emotion we have is solely inside us and is an interpretation of what we see in the world. It’s by no means easy but we truly can decide how we want to feel each day and each moment. Here is a great write up on how to deal with and dissolve negative emotions that may help you as a tool to begin to control how you feel and Interpret the world around you.
