Emotional addiction

If you find yourself battling an emotional state such as sadness or anger then you may be addicted to it. Many of us find ourselves stuck in the rut of such a state and we have to break the cycle of calling it normal or making it an expectation. Sometimes we have done it for so long we actually define that as who we are. Change your words an your thoughts. Your actions and that of the world around you will change as well.
