The fear of fears

Without a doubt something we all share is our fears. We all have some and some of us more than others. They tend to drive, motivate, and even de-motivate what we do in our lives. I read a fantastic and simple evaluation of the 5 basic types of fears and how they relate to things that occur in our lives. It can be very helpful in arresting them and getting back control over our lives and selves. Go ahead, read it, don’t be afraid. 😉
