I have posted a couple times before here and also here that scientists believe our universe may be a projection or hologram. It seems crazy on the surface but really the more you research and really just think about it is it so crazy? We have games, simulations, and movies that even on their basic levels are pretty convincing. Our dreams seem like reality until we “wake up” into what we think is real. What we perceive as real has more to do with what we believe and accept than any set rules or reality. Here is another article on how scientists more and more believe this to be true.
