Discovering love through meditation

There is no question love is a truly fundamental and important force in the universe. What we learn as we go on in this world, if we’re lucky enough, is that love is bigger than just family friends and relationships. It’s a love for existence. A love for breathing, knowing, growing, what was, and what will be. When you spend time with yourself and reflect as well as meditate you learn to see love in a whole new way. This writing does a fantastic job of explaining that and is an important read. Enjoy
